Welcome to Vanguard Fit Club. By accessing or buying from vanguardfitclub.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We work to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit or cancel quantities at any time, including after an order is placed. Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the item received.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanguard Fit Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Florida.
